Owners of lot 255MR has applied for a variance to build a house that would encroach into the rear and side setbacks.
1. Masthope Architectural Guidelines require a rear setback of 40 feet. The plans show the building would be 10 feet into the building setback. The Guidelines requires a side setback of 15'. The plan shows that there would be 0' for a setback.
It is the policy of the Board of Directors to notify adjacent property owners via certified mail, weekly messages and the community website for all variance requests made to the ECC.
