Owners of lot 116FW has applied for a variance to keep a pontoon boat in the front of the house because of the layout of the property. The hearing is scheduled on Saturday, February 29th at 9am in the beach house.
1. Masthope Covenants states no camper, trailer, watercraft or unlicensed or imoperable motor vehicle may be kept or parked on any lot except in an enclosed garage or any attractively screened enclosure of landscapig which complies with the screening requirements set forht in Section V, Restrictive Covenant No. 12 hereinafter set forth, as that any such property will not be visible as therein provided.
2. Masthope Property Owners Handbook states all watercraft and recreational vehicles are mandated to be stored along the side of, or to the rear of the main structure on the property (shrink wrapped boat covers of industrial standards may be used). If the configuration of the property lines makes it impossible to comply with this rule, the property owner may apply to the ECC Committee for a variance/and waiver.
