Board of Directors Update 4/14/20

Message from the Board of Directors.

We hope this message finds you well, all sources indicate that social distancing is working against the COVID-19 battle, but we must not relax. Social, or better, physical distancing is still the primary defense to this virus, PA remains under a stay home order with recommendations for the use of face coverings should you go in public. Please do your part!!

The April Board of Directors meeting will be held on April 25th, the meeting location will be your house at 8:30AM. That’s correct, the meeting will be held in a virtual audio format. Below are the call-in instructions, you may join the meeting at 8:25AM. The agenda, treasurers report and other supporting documents will be posted at for your review.

Happenings in the community

Toy registration – The 2019 registrations have been extended to July 1. If you have a new boat or ATV to register, you may do so by mailing or emailing the information to the POC office, they will direct you through the process. Please remember all rules are in effect for operation of ATVs, Public Safety has reported large groups riding together and congregating. Social distancing always applies! Please do not put Public Safety or our property owners at risk having to respond to these calls. So monitor children when riding, remind them of the rules, and as always there are no warnings given for ATV violations.

Recycling has been suspended until more appropriate methods are developed to protect you and our staff. When we resume recycling, there will be changes to how recyclables are collected. Change is always difficult, but without correcting the process our materials will no longer be accepted and will be treated as trash which costs considerably more to haul away. Information on proper recycling will be posted, your help is appreciated.

For your protection all amenities remain closed. We continue to work on summer amenities preparing them for summer operation. The pool has been uncovered, with clean clear water just waiting for heat, staff, you and clearance to open. Employment applications are being accepted for all positions, they are available online or can be requested by emailing or calling the POC office. Stay tuned for opening schedules.

Please protect yourself and those around you, stay safe.
