NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS

 

Variance Hearings December 12th 1PM

 

at the Property Owners Lounge

 

 

 

Owners of lot 114 Overlook Court 1050FW have applied for a variance to keep a boat in the front of the house because of the layout of the property. 

 

Owners of lot 104 Musket Drive 165RM have applied for a variance to keep a boat in the front of the house because of the layout of the property. 

 

Owners of lot 206 Eagle Rock Road 404FW have applied for a variance to keep a boat in the front of the house because of the layout of the property. 

 

Owners of lot 145 Heritage Drive 393MR have applied for a variance to keep a boat in the front of the house because of the layout of the property. 

 

1. Masthope Covenants states no camper, trailer, watercraft or unlicensed or inoperable motor vehicle may be kept or parked on any lot except in an enclosed garage or any attractively screened enclosure of landscaping which complies with the screening requirements set forth in Section V, Restrictive Covenant No. 12 hereinafter set forth, as that any such property will not be visible as therein provided.

 

2. Masthope Property Owners Handbook states all watercraft and recreational vehicles are mandated to be stored along the side of, or to the rear of the main structure on the property (shrink wrapped boat covers of industrial standards may be used). If the configuration of the property lines makes it impossible to comply with this rule, the property owner may apply to the ECC Committee for a variance/and waiver.

 

 

 

Owners of lot 199 Pebble Rock Road 399FW have applied for a variance to locate a garage in an area other than that which is permitted.

 

1. “Accessory Structure” is any detached structure other than the dwelling on the property, including but not limited to shed, garage, greenhouse, gazebo, or like structures.

 

2. Accessory Structures shall not be placed in a front yard or a yard adjoining a street. Exceptions may be granted by the ECC upon appeal.

 

 

 

It is the policy of the Board of Directors to notify adjacent property owners via certified mail, and the weekly messages and community website for all variance requests made to the ECC.
