2024 Stickers for ATV & Watercraft Registrations and Renewals are Now Available in the POC Office!

ATVs and motorized watercraft must be registered with the office on an annual basis. Non motorized watercraft must be registered every two years. Dues must be paid in full or a payment agreement must be received by the office before stickers can be obtained. Please be sure to bring all necessary paperwork with you to the office (Copy of vehicle registration & insurance.)

Boat Racks at the Beach Available NOW!

As of Saturday, April 6, 2024, Property Owners with non-motorized watercraft can begin to utilize the boat racks at the beach. All watercraft must have a Masthope Watercraft sticker along with an up to date semiannual registration sticker affixed to the side of the watercraft.

Nothing may be stored on the racks from November through March. Masthope Mountain reserves the right to remove and dispose of anything on the boat racks from November through March.
