Yoga with Diane: Yoga is a mind and body practice that can build strength and flexibility. It may also help manage pain and reduce stress. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation.
Zumba with Melissa: We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
Join us for our annual St. Patrick's Day Celebration! Live music by Donnybrook, performances by DeNogla Academy of Irish Dance, and traditional Irish food and drinks for purchase. Free Admission!
The Summit Restaurant in collaboration with the Scranton Comedy Club proudly present A Night of Comedy featuring acts from Kevin Lepka, Allan Fuks, and Shawn Harvey. $50 per person - includes a buffet style dinner and comedy show with a cash bar available. Reservations are required. Call to pre-register: 570-685-4790. Doors open at 5:30pm / Dinner served at 6:00pm / Show begins at 7:30pm. Limited seating is available - tables of 10. Chair Yoga with Diane: Chair yoga, a gentle form of yoga that's done while seated or using a chair for balance, makes the practice more accessible. In chair yoga, it's possible to move into poses like cat/cow, warrior, sun salutations and forward folds, all while seated.
