Spring has SPRUNG and it's time for our annual Community Green Up Day on Saturday, April 13th at 9:00am. (Rain Date - 4/20/24) Please join us in helping to keep Masthope roadways free of debris. Volunteers will spread out across the community. Bags will be provided as well as a limited number of vests and gloves. It is important to wear comfortable clothes and sensible shoes. Chair Yoga with Diane: Chair yoga, a gentle form of yoga that's done while seated or using a chair for balance, makes the practice more accessible. In chair yoga, it's possible to move into poses like cat/cow, warrior, sun salutations and forward folds, all while seated.
