Join us for our first annual golf outing, hosted by the Summit Restaurant at the Cricket Hill Golf Club. Join us on the course at 12pm for registration. 1pm shotgun start. Boxed lunch, beer, soda and water on the course. Tons of prizes, 50/50 and raffles supporting Central Volunteer Fire Department. After golf, head back to the Summit for a buffet dinner with a cash bar at 7pm! - $100 per player / $40 for dinner only. Call the POC to register (570) 685-4790.

Yoga with Diane: Yoga is a mind and body practice that can build strength and flexibility. It may also help manage pain and reduce stress. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation.
Weekly meeting for Masthope's Weight Watchers program. Pre-registration and payment is required. This 14 week program is held weekly on Wednesdays from May 10th - August 9th. The cost is $154 and includes all meetings, workshops and digital tools. Contact the Fitness Center to sign up or for additional information.

Chair Yoga with Diane: Chair yoga, a gentle form of yoga that's done while seated or using a chair for balance, makes the practice more accessible. In chair yoga, it's possible to move into poses like cat/cow, warrior, sun salutations and forward folds, all while seated.
