Masthope Lineage Pass Reassignment – May 2024
During the month of May, (May 1st to May 31st only) all Property Owners in good standing have the opportunity to change their lineage forms. Changing your lineage form allows you to reassign guest/owner passes. After May of 2024, lineage allocations cannot be changed until May of 2025. Submit a new lineage form below. Follow the instructions carefully. This form must be submitted no later than May 31st in order to reassign lineage passes. All necessary verification documents must also be submitted no later than May 31st.
Regardless of if you are changing one pass or all passes, this form needs to be filled out in its entirety. We will void your old lineage form and will reassign passes based on the passholders outlined below. So, even if John Doe is retaining his existing pass for example, make sure he is included on the lineage pass allocation below! All verification documents that were on file from previous years have been shredded for privacy purposes, so any family members being added to lineage will require verification (Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate.)
Photos are required to receive your passes. We will be reviewing all photos to ensure accuracy and clarity. If you would like to update your photo or if you are adding someone to the lineage form, please upload a headshot.
PASS PHOTO REQUIREMENTS: All photos must be a headshot taken within the last 2 years to reflect your current appearance. Your full face must be visible. If you normally wear prescription glasses, a hearing device or similar articles, they may be worn for your photo, however sunglasses or non-prescription glasses with tinted lenses are not acceptable. Passes will not be issued without an appropriate photo.
PASS POLICY – HELPFUL INFO: Each Masthope property will receive a maximum allocation of 12 ID passes. ID passes can be assigned to persons of the Property Owners’ lineage up to and including the maximum allocation. For lots with multiple Property Owners, the allocation can be split between the two owners at the discretion of the owners. The allocation of these passes is up to the Property Owner. Any ID pass not assigned as lineage will be given as a guest pass. Immediate lineage to the Property Owner includes: Spouse, Children, Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Parent, Grandparent, and Great Grandparent.
Please note: In order to complete the lineage reassignment process, you must bring the green RFID cards that will be changed on your lot to the POC Office. We will recycle and re-assign passes accordingly. If you lost these passes, replacement fees will apply. ($10 for the first pass, plus $5 per additional pass in the same transaction)
If green RFID passes are not brought into the POC Office for reassignment by June 2nd, 2024, any passes being changed on lineage will be temporarily suspended and will remain inactive until cards are brought in to be processed.
