The Aquatics Supervisor supervises day-to-day operations of the pools and beach area by overseeing responsibilities for Aquatics staff members, as well as enforcing area rules, monitoring for potential hazards, aiding patrons and staff when needed, and addressing conflicts that arise, by coordinating with management to ensure the pools and beach area run smoothly.
The work environment is an outdoor setting usually with a moderate to loud noise level. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to work near bodies of water in the sun. The employee is occasionally exposed to work near fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; and risk of electrical shock. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Job Type: Seasonal – Part-time or Full-time
Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Uphold procedures and policies to maintain a secure and consistent environment
- Enforce pool rules and regulations
- Maintains a safe and sanitary pool environment
- Responds to and resolves problems, inquiries, and complaints
- Supervises staff, including lifeguards and instructors
- Manages staff attendance
- Coordinates staff training
- Opens and closes the pool facility
- Provides excellent customer service to pool patrons
- Enforces pool rules and regulations in a courteous manner
- Maintains a positive and welcoming environment
- Requisitions for supplies and equipment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
