AT OUR AMENITIES:

Summary of Pool Rules: Staff will enforce all rules and may adapt rules under certain conditions. ● No running or horseplay. ● No food, outside alcohol or coolers are permitted in the pool area. ● Drinks are not allowed in or around the pool. Please keep drinks at the seating areas. ● Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult. ● No smoking. ● Saving chairs is prohibited. ● Bags are subject to search by staff.

Summary of Beach Rules: Staff will enforce all rules and may adapt rules under certain conditions. ● No horseplay. ● When no Lifeguards are on duty, swimming is at your own risk. ● No glass. ● Coolers and bags are subject to search. ● Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult. ● Smoking in designated areas only. ● No mats or inflatables larger than 4’x8’ are permitted in the swimming area. ● Proper bathing attire is required while swimming. ● Nudity or semi-nude exposure is prohibited. ● Fishing is catch and release and a PA fishing license is required for 16 and over. Fishing is not permitted on the boat docks or from the shoreline near the swimming area.

Please retain your lake/pool wristband for the day if you plan on leaving and returning to the amenity later on during the day. Only one scan per pass, per day at the lake, pool and compactor is allowed. Property Owners must accompany their guests to amenities.

Compactor Reminders: A valid pass is required. ● Guest passes are not accepted. ● There is a 3-bag limit per day. ● Additional bags will be charged a fee.

AT HOME:

• All recreational burns require a fully charged water source at the site. In addition, recreational fires require a spark arrestor or fire screen at all times.
• Community quiet hours are in effect from 10pm – 8am.
• The use of fireworks is strictly prohibited anywhere in Masthope.

ON THE ROAD:

• The community speed limit is 25 MPH and is strictly enforced.
• Please be considerate and pick up after your pets.
• ATVs must be registered with the office on an annual basis. Please make sure your stickers are up to date.
• Operation of ATVs shall only be allowed from sunrise to one half-hour before sunset.
• All golf cart occupants under 16 must wear a DOT approved helmet.
• All class 2 ATV occupants under 16 must wear a DOT approved helmet.
• All operators and occupants of class one ATVs must wear a DOT approved helmet, regardless of age.
• No one under the age of 10 shall be allowed to operate a Class 1 ATV or Golf Cart in the Association.
• Operators of class 2 ATVs must possess a valid driver license.
