Annual Ski Swap
The Lodge at Masthope 196 Karl Hope Blvd, Lackawaxen, PA, United StatesMasthope Mountain Community and Ski Big Bear will host our annual Ski Swap on Saturday, November 21 from 9am-5pm and Sunday, November 22 from 9am-3pm in the Lodge. Bring equipment to sell or come to shop for yourself. Guenther's Ski Haus will bring hundreds of new and used skis, snowboards and boots to sell. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Lackawaxen Ambulance Service. Equipment for sale can only be brought in Saturday morning starting at 9 a.m. All unsold equipment must be picked up by 3 p.m. Sunday afternoon.

Second Annual Turkey Plunge at Westcolang Lake!
Beach House 349 Falling Waters Blvd, Lackawaxen, PATake the plunge for a great cause! Join us for our second annual Turkey Plunge at Westcolang Lake, where brave “plungers” will dash into the chilly waters to kick off the holiday season — all for a good cause! Participants can register for $25 per plunger, with the option to raise additional funds to support their daring dive. Every splash helps make a difference, with all proceeds benefiting Lackawaxen EMS and the Westcolang Warriors Swim Team. CVFD Santa Run!
The Lodge at Masthope 196 Karl Hope Blvd, Lackawaxen, PA, United StatesCentral Volunteer Fire Department - 2026 Santa Run - Members of CVFD will bring Santa & Mrs. Claus through our local communities. Masthope schedule: 5:30pm - Enter Masthope via Karl Hope Blvd, travel up Karl Hope Blvd. to the Ski Lodge 5:40pm - Arrive at the Ski Lodge 6:20pm - Depart, travel down Karl Hope Blvd to Westcolang Rd. toward Fawn Lake Please note all times are approximate. Each stop will include approx 40 minutes of meet & greet time with Santa, Mrs. Claus and your local firefighters!
