Yoga with Diane: Yoga is a mind and body practice that can build strength and flexibility. It may also help manage pain and reduce stress. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation.
Join us for our annual Lake to Lodge Fun Walk/Run, benefitting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Meet at the beach at 8:30am. Run/Walk will start at 9am. Light refreshments will be served at the lodge. Zumba with Melissa: We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

Join Masthope and Fawn Lake Forest for our Tunnel to Towers Benefit 5K Run/Walk. Born from the tragedy of 9/11, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation carries forward a legacy of courage and heroism. Built upon the mantra, “While we have time, LET US DO GOOD,” the Foundation supports our nation’s fallen and catastrophically injured first responders, military heroes, and their families.
