Aqua Zumba with Melissa: We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A Masthope favorite returns! Save the date for our cardboard boat race. Teams of up to 6 people are challenged to get creative and construct a boat made entirely from corrugated cardboard and navigate it across our upper pool from one side to the other and back. Teams will consist of a captain, first mate, and up to a four person crew. Chair Yoga with Diane: Chair yoga, a gentle form of yoga that's done while seated or using a chair for balance, makes the practice more accessible. In chair yoga, it's possible to move into poses like cat/cow, warrior, sun salutations and forward folds, all while seated.
