Yoga with Diane: Yoga is a mind and body practice that can build strength and flexibility. It may also help manage pain and reduce stress. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation.

Zumba with Melissa: We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
Children 12 years and younger can join us for Skip's Fishing Derby at Remembrance Pond! Pre-registration is required. Please call the POC office at (570) 685-4790.

Located at the summit of Masthope Mountain outside the lodge. Setup weekly on Sundays through 10/09/23. Enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables, produce, local homemade crafts, jams, jellies, candles, honey and maple products.

Masthope is hosting our first car show on Sunday, June 25, 2023, benefitting Central Volunteer Fire Department's restoration of the 1949 "Willy's Fighting Jeep." Join us in Parking Lot C for raffles, food and prizes for best in show and people's choice! There is a $20 registration fee to register vehicles. Register by June 17th by calling 570-685-4790. For spectators, this event is FREE!
