Zumba with Melissa: We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
Core & Pilates with Cathy: A series of core strengthening and balancing exercises, providing a well rounded workout.
Habit with Cathy: Join us for HABIT, a series of exercises using exercise balls and other equipment that improves strength and provides a well rounded workout.
