Zumba with Melissa: We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
Located at the summit of Masthope Mountain outside the lodge. Setup weekly on Sundays through 10/09/23. Enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables, produce, local homemade crafts, jams, jellies, candles, honey and maple products.
Chair Yoga with Diane: Chair yoga, a gentle form of yoga that's done while seated or using a chair for balance, makes the practice more accessible. In chair yoga, it's possible to move into poses like cat/cow, warrior, sun salutations and forward folds, all while seated.
