Zumba with Melissa: We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

Join us at the Lodge at Masthope to celebrate Masthope's 50th Anniversary! Enjoy complimentary charcuterie around the fire as neighbors and friends share stories of their favorite Masthope memories and nostalgia. Beer, wine and cocktails are available for purchase. Yoga with Diane: Yoga is a mind and body practice that can build strength and flexibility. It may also help manage pain and reduce stress. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation.
