Join us for our annual snowshoeing event! Meet in the front of the lodge at 8:30pm to shoe up. We will begin at 9:00pm. Afterwards, enjoy wine and charcuterie around the firepit. Yoga with Diane: Yoga is a mind and body practice that can build strength and flexibility. It may also help manage pain and reduce stress. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation.
Zumba with Melissa: We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
Let’s paint the Summit purple, green and gold for Mardi Gras. Join us for an evening of special food and drinks to celebrate. 6pm to 9pm. Live music by The Frost Duo.

Chair Yoga with Diane: Chair yoga, a gentle form of yoga that's done while seated or using a chair for balance, makes the practice more accessible. In chair yoga, it's possible to move into poses like cat/cow, warrior, sun salutations and forward folds, all while seated.
