Join us on the 3rd Wednesday of the month! Games begin at 12:30pm. $5.00 (includes shoes.) Sign up in advance by contacting the Fitness Center.
Weekly meeting for Masthope's Weight Watchers program. Pre-registration and payment is required. This 14 week program is held weekly on Wednesdays from May 10th - August 9th. The cost is $154 and includes all meetings, workshops and digital tools. Contact the Fitness Center to sign up or for additional information.
Zumba with Melissa: We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
Trail Walk with Annette: Explore a variety of our community hiking/multi-use trails with Annette! Closed toed shoes are required. Trails vary in difficulty. Bring a water bottle and a camera!

Yoga with Diane: Yoga is a mind and body practice that can build strength and flexibility. It may also help manage pain and reduce stress. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation.
