Chair Yoga with Diane: Chair yoga, a gentle form of yoga that's done while seated or using a chair for balance, makes the practice more accessible. In chair yoga, it's possible to move into poses like cat/cow, warrior, sun salutations and forward folds, all while seated.
Zumba with Melissa: We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
Stretch & Balance with Diane: A series of stretching and balancing exercises, providing a well rounded workout.

Central Volunteer Fire Department - 2024 Santa Run - Members of CVFD will bring Santa & Mrs. Claus through our local communities. Masthope schedule: 5:30pm - Enter Masthope via Karl Hope Blvd, travel up Karl Hope Blvd. to the Ski Lodge 5:40pm - Arrive at the Ski Lodge 6:20pm - Depart, travel down Karl Hope Blvd to Westcolang Rd. toward Fawn Lake Please note all times are approximate. Each stop will include approx 40 minutes of meet & greet time with Santa, Mrs. Claus and your local firefighters!
