Zumba with Melissa: We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
Join us for a fantastic day of golf, on course prizes, raffles, and fun hosted by the Summit Restaurant at the Cricket Hill Golf Club. Join us on the course at 11:30am for registration / 12pm putting contest / 1pm shotgun start. Boxed lunch and refreshments on the course. Prizes, 50/50 and raffles supporting local food pantries. Chair Yoga with Diane: Chair yoga, a gentle form of yoga that's done while seated or using a chair for balance, makes the practice more accessible. In chair yoga, it's possible to move into poses like cat/cow, warrior, sun salutations and forward folds, all while seated.
